How can I ask questions regarding SOHO Workshop Products?

How long is shipping for online purchases?

Once we have dispatched your order from our warehouse we will provide you with shipping verification tracker via the email provided in the checkout process. We provide 2 options for shipping. The first is our standard shipping option which arrives within 6-9 days. Our second option is express shipping which arrives within 2-3 days. 

How much is shipping for online services?

All online purchases are sent via Australia post at a flat rate of $10 anywhere in Australia. We have free standard shipping Australia wide for orders over $150. We also offer express shipping which costs $15 for online orders. 

Is the whole SOHO Workshop range available online?

Soho Workshop strives to provide constantly updated styles and looks during each season. Be sure to visit our stores regularly to see our extensive range and our newest products. How can I exchange my online purchase?

If you are unhappy with your purchase please send an email to sohoworkshop@bigpond.com and we will respond with instructions as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can visit any of our SOHO stores and our staff will be able to offer an exchange or store credit.
